High Pressure Flowline
General:
Pup joints (flowline pipes) are pipe lines with thread, flange or union connectors on both ends.Various pup joints are available for high/low pressure and temperature and H2S environment,such as integral pup joints( 10 feet length to handle fluids at cold working pressure), sour gas pup joints, pressure thread seal straight pipes and non-pressure thread seal pup joints.
The high pressure pup joint is made of high quality alloy steel and the end is connected by the union.Its specifications have 2'',3'' and 4'' and working pressure is 6000PSI-15000PSI.The length depends on the demand of clients.

Steel Hose Loops and Pipe/Circulating Hose are used for high pressure well service applications also includes discharge lines, water lines, for cementing and circulating lines.
All Steel Hose Assemblies are shock and vibration resistance with fast make-up and break-out capability needed in the oilfields around the world.
Steel Hose Loops and Pipe/Circulating Hose has specifications of 2in, 3in, 4in and is adaptive to working under 42MPa(6000psi), 70MPa (10000psi), 105MPa(15000psi)These hoses are made in steel to meet ASTM/AISI standards, are rugged, fold up easily and quickly for transportation. These are specially heat treated to get the desired hardness to suit various applications. Even sizes beyond 4" can be supplied to meet customer requirement.
