Concrete Batching Plant

General:

A concrete batching plant, also known as a batch plant or batching plant or a concrete mixing plant, is a kind of construction applied equipment, specially used to combine coarse aggregates, sand, cement, and other admixture to produce homogenous concrete. The final mixture can be widely used to construct skyscrapers, sidewalks, bridges, houses, highways, airports. etc.

A concrete plant can have a variety of parts and accessories, including: mixers (either tilt drum or horizontal, or in some cases both), cement batchers, aggregate batchers, conveyors, radial stackers, aggregate bins, cement bins, heaters, chillers, cement silos, batch plant controls, and dust collectors.

Batching plant capacity ranges from 25m³/h to 150m³/h, largely depending on the types of concrete batch plants and concrete batching plant design. For instance, The size of stationary batching plants is commonly larger than that of mobile ones.

Concrete Batching Plant consists of Bucket Type and Belt Type Cocrete Batching Plant.

Cpacity of Bucket Type Concrete Batching Plant is 25m3/h to 75m3/h, and the Capacity of Belt Type Concrete Batching Plant is 60m3/h to 180m3/h. The mixing system is twn-shaft concrete mixer.

How Does A Concrete Batching Plant Work:

Concrete batching plant is a kind of combined device, mainly composed of main building structure, mixer, powder silo, screw conveyor, belt conveyor, weighing system, liquid supply system, gas supply system, electric control system, dust removal device, batching station, control room, used for centralized production of concrete.
